Coming from an Italian and Spanish background, Julian has grown up surrounded by food, flavour, and tradition, developing an extensive understanding of Italian cuisine with a particular focus on pizza.
Julian specialises in crafting a wide range of pizza styles, tailoring each menu to suit different tastes, events, and preferences. His skills are backed by formal training in Italy, where he earned multiple certifications in dough preparation and traditional pizza techniques.
This foundation allows him to balance authenticity with flexibility, delivering pizzas that respect classic methods while adapting to modern palates.
