My name is Julian Sanchez, founder of Slough Dough. I come from an Italian–Spanish background, where food is more than a meal — it’s culture, connection, and celebration. From a young age, cooking has been at the centre of my life, with a particular passion for pizza and traditional Italian cuisine.

Slough Dough provides artisan pizza catering for weddings, private events, and functions of all kinds.
I specialise in crafting all styles of pizza, tailored to suit the tastes and atmosphere of your event — from classic Italian favourites to more modern, creative flavour combinations.

I am highly trained in pizza making and have earned multiple certifications in Italy, with a strong focus on dough preparation, fermentation, and traditional techniques. Every pizza is made with care, precision, and respect for the craft.
